Hop on Board for the Dino Train and STEAM Festival at Southern California Railway Museum, featuring “Buddy” from the PBS SoCal KIDS Show “Dinosaur Train.” 

Southern California Railway Museum is excited to announce the return Dino Train STEAM Festival, a unique, outdoor, socially-distanced, interactive experience created in partnership with PBS. Buddy the Dinosaur has been invited to the Museum to meet with his fans and highlight his favorite topics of Paleontology, Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math.

The Dino Train is on its way! Don’t miss out on this exciting experience – join us for some prehistoric playtime!

Dino Train S.T.E.A.M. Festival Activities Include:

  • Buddy Meet-and-Greet and Photo Opportunity
  • All-Day Train Rides
  • All-Day Trolley Rides
  • Learn to make Dino Lava Lamps and Dino Slime
  • Build & Launch Your Straw Rocket into the atmosphere
  • View Fossils from the Inland Empire
  • Pop-up Natural History Museum
  • Educational booths on honeybees and horticulture
  • Railway Museum Access

Ticket Details

  • Adult Ticket (18 years+) – $20
  • Youth Ticket (3-17 years) – $10
  • Child Ticket (2 and under) – Free

Car Barn 1 is now open to the General Public Weekends and during Events! Car Barns 2, 4, and 6 (Grizzly Flats) will be open depending on volunteer availability.
