Weekend Train and Trolley Rides at the Southern California Railway Museum

Visit the Southern California Railway Museum in Perris, CA to explore the West’s largest collection of railway locomotives, passenger and freight cars, streetcars, interurban electric cars, buildings and other artifacts dating from the 1870’s. Ride streetcars, interurban electric cars, and trains on the Museum railway on our 100 acre campus. Pack a family picnic to enjoy in Holstrom Park. Visit the Museum’s collection of more than 200 streetcars and railway vehicles to experience the early days of electric, steam, and diesel railway transportation in and around Los Angeles.

Parking, Entry to Grounds, and Entry to Open Exhibits are FREE*
Select Trains and Trolleys run every Weekend and select Holidays – ride as many times as you like during scheduled operating hours! And don’t forget you can add on a cab and/or caboose ride experience.

Sunday Departure Schedule:

Open Exhibits:

  • Carbarn 1 (Los Angeles Railway Collection): 9:30am-5pm Weekends and Select Monday Holidays
  • Grizzly Flats (Narrow Gauge Collection, including Ward Kimball Collection): 11am-4:30pm Weekends
  • Fred Harvey Museum: (Harvey Girls Collection): 11am – 4pm February 17, March 2, & March 16.
