Enjoy some extra fun as you explore our campus in search of some unique and historic railroad signals. Pick up your Scavenger Hunt list at the Museum Store.
Where’s Sheldon?? Sheldon just loves trains! He is around the museum somewhere exploring. Find him, snap his photo, and upload it to our Instagram @socalrailwaymuseum, using #SCRMHuntForSheldon for a chance to win a goodie bag of SCRM Souvenirs**.
Test your artistic abilities in our Creative Photo Contest! While you are here take a moment to curate the most creative, off-the-rails, photo you can and tag it to our Instagram @socalrailwaymuseum with #SCRMTraintastic for a chance to win a weekend cab ride in one of our Diesel Engines**.
You can also challenge your friends and family to our series of Lawn Games, located in Pinacate Park from 11am-4pm. Bring a picnic to enjoy as well! And, don’t forget to enter our Train Ride Raffle at the Museum Store for a chance to win a Family 4-Pack of Weekend Train/Trolley Rides.**
Parking, Event entry, participation and access to open exhibits is FREE.

Car Barn 1 is now open to the General Public Weekends and during Events! Car Barns 2, 4, and 6 (Grizzly Flats) will be open depending on volunteer availability.
