Free Family Friendly Fun that brings the Museum to life!
Join us on the first and third Saturdays of each month (excluding gated event dates) for family-friendly programming that brings the Southern California Railway Museum to life.
These special event days offer a perfect blend of hands-on activities, historic rail experiences, and open exploration, making them ideal for families, rail enthusiasts, and first-time visitors alike.
Guests can enjoy free general admission, access to open exhibits, and a rotating lineup of activities including unique equipment and demonstrations, scavenger hunts, lawn games, and a creative Maker Stations.
From seasonal celebrations and historic icons to unique ride days and behind-the-scenes moments, each First and Third Saturday offers something new while keeping the classic experiences visitors love.
